Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Swara ("Swara," "we," "us"), including swara.tech and the associated content-generation service (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Swara generates written and visual social media content based on brand information you provide, including your website, uploaded photos, and answers to onboarding questions. Generated content is a draft: you are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving anything before it is published anywhere.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for activity that occurs under it. You must be legally able to enter into these Terms to use the Service.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annual, depending on your selection). Customers in India are billed in INR via Razorpay; customers elsewhere are billed in USD via Lemon Squeezy. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. 4. Your content and inputs

You retain ownership of the brand information, photos, and other material you provide, and of the content generated for your account. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any material you upload (including photos of yourself or others) and for the accuracy of any claims in content you choose to publish.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or that impersonates a person or organization without authorization, and not to attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.

6. Automated content generation

Content, including captions and graphics, is produced using automated generation systems and third-party service providers, then presented to you for review. We do not guarantee that generated content is free of errors, and you are responsible for reviewing it before use.

7. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from account settings. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violation of these Terms.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Swara is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
